ABOUT
Ruslan Abasov is a graphic & type designer who works for various clients from the cultural field. Currently, he is pursuing his Master's in Type Design at the École cantonale d'art de Lausanne (ECAL) in Lausanne, Switzerland.
He holds a BA degree in Graphic Design from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University (MSGSU). He endeavors to perform non-conventional narratives in his works by inspiring every distinctive material he encounters. He often works for the cultural field within the range of booklets, posters, typeface designs, illustrations, animations, and visual identities.
His works have been featured in several galleries & exhibitions, and some of them are Communication Arts Magazine, Type Directors Club, Weltformat, D&AD Newblood, The One Club for Creativty, Mindsparkle Mag, GMK, AIGA, TYPE01.
